About The Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help design and build an internal web application that supports important company processes. This role involves working with a team to create solutions, fix problems, and make sure the application runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java, React, Spring, and SQL for building and maintaining web applications.
• Experience with front-end development (creating user interfaces) and back-end development (handling data and logic).
• Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with prototyping and designing solutions for complex business needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build both the back-end and front-end parts of a web application.
• Join Agile team meetings and follow Agile methods.
• Work with other engineers and product owners to solve user problems and requests.
• Help fix issues and resolve problems with the application.
• Take part in creating prototypes and reviewing business needs and system designs.
