About The Position

Serve as a technical leader in designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugs highly complex software programs for enhancements and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience, plus five (5) years’ experience in information technology or engineering environment
• Expertise in programming languages
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and cloud computing platforms
• Strong leadership, customer and people development skills.
• Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.
• Provide necessary documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
• Advises in the application of modern architectures, principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities.
• Lead the resolution of highly complex problems.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities and overall system architecture.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as required
