About The Position

Requirements

• Has at least 2+ years of professional experience shipping production-grade software in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses strong full-stack engineering skills with a pragmatic approach to balancing UX and system reliability.
• Demonstrates excellent product sense and the ability to translate vague user needs into polished technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across the backend, frontend, and core agent orchestration layers.
• Develop and optimize robust integrations with external communication tools and workspace productivity platforms.
