About The Position

You will lead the design and development of scalable software systems, focusing on AI agents and backend architecture. As a founding engineer, you'll work with co-founders to define the roadmap, architect long-running job infrastructures, and train custom LLM models. This is a high-impact role driving the core technology for B2B prospecting automation.

Requirements

• Expert in Python and TypeScript with a strong foundation in system design and production deployments
• Proven experience with long-running job infrastructure and production-level AI systems including fine-tuning models
• Thrives in high-pressure startup environments and takes extreme ownership of complex, ambiguous technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend systems and long-running job frameworks using Temporal or Airflow
• Develop and deploy AI agents leveraging prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases to automate workflows
• Collaborate with the GTM team and co-founders to architect the system and scale the engineering organization
