Our Partner Experience team builds the technology that helps care partners seamlessly refer clients to Charlie Health, then stay informed as those clients progress through treatment. You’ll build intuitive, reliable product experiences that connect partner organizations and Charlie Health care teams. From streamlining referral workflows and automating updates to enabling secure communication and integrations with partner systems, your work will make it easy for partners to send more of the right clients to Charlie Health and confidently understand what’s happening after they do. This work is a direct growth lever for the company and a direct care lever for high-acuity clients.
