What you'll do... “Immigration sponsorship is not available in this role” Extensive Expertise and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming understanding of Java 8 ; Java related frameworks, their respective lifecycles combined with a solid knowledge of multithreading, networking, offline storage and performance tuning. Expert level knowledge of Java 8;, Spring Boot, MQTT, Design patterns, Messaging Architectures like Kafka and API development. Experience in good app architecture using design patterns such as MVVM, High availability, fault tolerant systems. Strong experience in RESTful Microservices. Container technologies such as Docker on Kubernetes Strong API design, development, and management. Experienced in Devops culture and have built CICD process with automation. Ability to build products with focus on testability, someone who loves test coverage. A disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment. A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things to the next level and a passion for adopting the latest features. Experience in the Cloud architecture is preferred (especially Azure). Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude. As a Software Engineer III: Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering roles for customer-facing solutions in large-scale systems
  • Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot framework, React & Node.js, automation tools, performance analysis, web services, and REST
  • Expertise in Apache JMeter, Gatling, Locust, Splunk/Open Observe, Grafana, Dynatrace, and APM tools
  • Skills in debugging, monitoring, and optimizing cloud platform infrastructure and services
  • Experience with performance benchmarking for large-scale applications on Kubernetes platforms
  • Proficiency in DevOps for troubleshooting and improving application performance
  • Experience with databases (Relational and NoSQL) and caching solutions
  • Knowledge of technologies used in building scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud-like environments and respective performance trade-offs
  • Solid DevOps skills in troubleshooting live applications, assessing performance bottlenecks of applications running on Linux
  • Knowledge of general Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Willingness to take new initiatives and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think critically, identify performance bottlenecks, debug to get root cause analysis (RCA), and provide working solutions
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
