The Software Engineer will use initiative, creativity, and programming skills to design, implement, and maintain software products. Based on the nature of the assigned project at the time, this employee may work independently or in a team. In addition to the required skill set, the employee must be a self-motivated learner to keep technical skills and knowledge current to meet the challenges at work. Your Impact Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs Writes code using current programming language and technologies Performs testing and debugging of applications Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications

Requirements

  • BA / BS in Computer Science or related technical degree; MS a plus.
  • 5 years experience with Internet / software industry.
  • Act with integrity at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships
  • Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • S elf-motivated
  • Experience with Object-oriented Design and Development
  • Experience with complete software development life cycle
  • Troubleshooting experience in Internet and Networking protocols
  • In-depth knowledge of RDBMS / SQL
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills, ability to focus skill towards solution-driven results
  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • MS a plus.
