About The Position

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Your Impact As a Software Engineer I on the Enterprise New Markets team, you will contribute to building and validating new enterprise product ideas by developing features and proof-of-concepts alongside more senior engineers. You’ll work hands-on across the stack, building on Axon’s existing platform and services, and learning how to turn early product ideas into working software that can be tested with real customers. This role is designed for engineers who are excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced, exploratory environment. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to implement well-scoped features, learn how to operate in partially defined problem spaces, and gain experience iterating based on customer feedback. Over time, you’ll build confidence taking ownership of increasingly complex technical work.
