We are looking for a Software Engineer II to help us achieve our goals! This is an exciting time to join our group Customer Experience Engineering - CXP - and work on something highly strategic for Microsoft. The goal of Customer Experience - CXP Engineering is to build the next generation of our applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and several other Microsoft cloud services to deliver high value, complete, and Copilot-enabled application scenarios across all devices and form factors. We innovate quickly and collaborate closely with our partners and customers in an agile, high-energy environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with any of the following technologies: AZ Foundry, M365 Agents SDK, Agent Framework, Adaptive Cards Framework, OpenAI, PowerApps, Azure Open AI, and/or consumption of Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Ada, etc.) in Conversational AI applications could be ideal for our projects.
  • Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in DevOps and Continuous Delivery culture, supporting live site.
  • Experience in Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and REST.
  • Experience in Micro Services and WebAPI.
  • Experience working with Program Management, Business & Audience teams.
  • Experience defining and implementing Telemetry acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy and support secure & scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Active participant as a core member of a project team.
  • Work with Product Owners to consume product backlog and generate technical design.
  • Work across teams to ensure seamless integration of the enterprise solution.
  • Work in an Agile environment using SCRUM and/or SQUAD methodologies.
