GoEngineer is looking for a Software Engineer II to join our team. The Software Engineer II will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software solutions. GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent. Your key contributions in this role will be: Contribute to the design and development of enterprise-grade software solutions using modern .NET technologies (.NET LTS, ASP.NET, EF Core, SQL). Develop and maintain high-performance web applications with clean, maintainable code. Migrate legacy ASP.NET MVC applications to modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React or Angular. Design and build secure, scalable RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT). Ensure software meets industry security and performance best practices. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Bicep for efficient, automated deployments. Conduct application load testing, profiling, and performance optimization. Build event-driven, cloud-based architectures leveraging Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and Azure Service Bus. Collaborate with senior engineers and seek mentorship opportunities and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and technical design reviews. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Act as an escalation point for helpdesk support and resolving advanced issues. Assist in bug triaging, prioritization, and backlog management for critical issues.
