About The Position
Defining initiatives that impact our games or services, working with cross-functional teams and product managers. Ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine the user requirements for a scenario. Building partnerships with developers, program managers, and designers Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and initiates actions to restore the system/product/service when appropriate. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C# and JavaScript. OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, utilizing design patterns to ensure code is robust, offloads processing when appropriate and that are designed to scale.
- Experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), utilizing Terraform or equivalent declarative language.
- Understanding of test- and performance-driven methodology to build services that ensure our services are secure, robust and handle extremely high scale.
- Experience writing code in C# (preferred) and/or other related languages.
