Qualtrics is seeking a Software Engineer in our Seattle office to assist our Digital Success team in creating a world-class digital-first customer experience. We are a group of talented and passionate engineers who are working on developing new products within the Qualtrics platform that enable advanced customer success capabilities. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, have 3+ years of software engineering experience, and want to work at a fast-growing tech company, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming about.
Requirements
- Worked with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes, and transform them into exciting end-user features.
- Developed scalable, fast, robust, and rich web-based solutions to solve complex business problems, using the latest frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
- Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
- Experience building large-scale web applications or distributed services.
- Experience building high-performance RESTful services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years working in a full-stack web engineering position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Wordpress and/or Drupal is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, participate in Ops review, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers.
