About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer I to join our team! Specifically, we are looking for a candidate with experience in Java, Linux, and Bash, as well as familiarity with related tools and technologies, including Gradle, Spring, Docker, and Git. This position requires foundational research, development, and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities derived from emerging applied cyber-concepts research. The contractor will create hardware and software component design specifications and use appropriate industry-standard development methodologies and tools to implement them. In addition to functionality features, the following will be included in the designs: interfaces, security, performance, controls, databases, frameworks, and user experience. The successful candidate will test and document results in accordance with the Government-approved test plan.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Java
• Understanding of related tools and technologies: Gradle, Spring, Docker, Git
• Linux and Bash terminal

• Debugging and test validation
• PKI and X.509 infrastructure
