This position is hybrid 3-days per week in either our Cincinnati, OH, Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA offices. This position is not eligible for remote work What you’ll own as the Software Engineer I Development of Exstream Dialogue applications that generate billing statements, reports, dispute notices, and collection letters. Support the Code-1 application that provides delivery point validation and address scrubbing. Mastery of multiple programming languages and technologies, as required. Collaboration with product and design teams to deliver high-quality documents by incorporating feedback to continuously improve content and presentation. Active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective team collaboration. What you’ll bring A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline and up to 3 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Exstream Dialogue development experience. Mastery of 1 or more programming languages; willingness and ability to learn and master both new and legacy technologies. Knowledge of Agile development principles. Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts. It’s a bonus if you have TSO, JCL, SAS, COBOL, C#, Linux, Linux Scripting, PowerShell or Code-1 experience. Microsoft Teams experience. Mainframe experience.
