About The Position

The Software Engineer I is responsible for developing software programming applications based on defined user/business requirements. As a Software Engineer I, this individual will be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in creating highly scalable, user friendly, and responsive SaaS applications.

Requirements

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree.
1 - 3 years of Professional IT experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience with one or more of the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC (preferably MVC 5 or later), Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and SQL Server.
Working knowledge of object-oriented programming - C# or similar.
Working knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL Server or similar.
Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries - jQuery, etc.
Experience with HTML and building responsive user interfaces.
Must be a Green Card or US Citizen and be located in the US. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with modern .NET versions (such as .NET 6 or .NET 8) is a plus.
Familiarity with Python is a plus.

Under the guidance of experienced Software Engineers, work on different software development tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Troubleshoot and address issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and add new functionality to existing software applications.
Write code that is well written with minimal bugs.
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments within the organization to achieve optimal results.
Adhere to processes in place.
