Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Proven track record of building and shipping impactful products end-to-end
- Strong experience with modern web technologies (especially Next.js ) and backend systems ( Python )
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments
- Experience handling complex data workflows or unstructured data systems
- Ability to operate independently and solve ambiguous, high-impact problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Experience in regulated or high-stakes domains (e.g., LegalTech, FinTech, Healthcare)
- Background working closely with customers or domain experts to build product-driven solutions
- Exposure to AI/ML systems, especially applied to real-world workflows
- Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in lean, high-growth teams
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features with high ownership and autonomy
- Develop scalable systems for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of complex documents
- Design and implement AI-driven pipelines for extracting structured insights from unstructured data
- Architect multi-step workflows that reason across datasets to generate actionable outputs
- Work closely with domain experts to translate real-world workflows into robust software systems
- Contribute to core infrastructure and system design decisions as the product scales
- Operate in a fast-paced environment where shipping high-quality code daily is expected
