As a Software Engineer within PNC's Home Lending organization, you will be based in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Miamisburg, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates should have experience in Empower LOS Configuration & Document Management, which involves configuring and maintaining documents within the Empower LOS, ensuring accurate setup, low‑code updates, and alignment with Origination workflows, and partnering with DocuTech and other vendors to manage loan documentation, orchestration logic, and ongoing system configuration needs. Additionally, candidates should have experience in Data Handling & SQL Development, which includes developing SQL queries and data logic supporting loan origination workflows, system reporting, and document requirements. Requirements

Experience in Empower LOS Configuration & Document Management
Experience in Data Handling & SQL Development
University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain documents within the Empower LOS, ensuring accurate setup, low‑code updates, and alignment with Origination workflows.
Partner with DocuTech and other vendors to manage loan documentation, orchestration logic, and ongoing system configuration needs.
Develop SQL queries and data logic supporting loan origination workflows, system reporting, and document requirements.
Develops, tests and implements software solutions.
Designs software solutions to address business needs.
Writes code, tests and deploys software.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
Maintains and debugs software.
