This role specifically seeks experienced ServiceNow profiles to expand the ServiceNow team within Digital Service Maroc, focusing on ITSM/ServiceNow technical profiles with solid experience in CSM, HR, or FSM modules to strengthen ServiceNow expertise.

Requirements

  • Issu(e) d'une formation technique bac+5, avoir une expérience significative d'au moins 3 ans sur ServiceNow (ITSM, FSM, HR, CSM)
  • Connaissance solide de javascript, jelly script, CSS et HTML.
  • Bonnes Connaissances ITIL Foundation et les processus ITSM
  • Certification CSA obligatoire
  • Maitrise des intégrations via REST/SOAP API
  • Bonnes Connaissances des thématiques autour de la CMDB
  • Expérience réussie dans des environnements agiles (Scrum, SAFE)
  • Autonomie et Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Pratique de l'anglais indispensable.

  • Vos certifications ServiceNow ITSM, HR, FSM, CSM, sont des atouts pour ce poste.

Responsibilities

  • Conception et Développement des applications autour des modules ServiceNow principalement de ITSM, FSM et HR.
  • Paramétrage et customisation des workflows, scripts et développement ServiceNow
  • Implémentation et développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités pour des projets de Build, Run et TMA sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
  • Accompagnement à la recette fonctionnelle et technique.
  • Animation et gestion des ateliers clients et recueil des besoins techniques et proposition des solutions adaptées
  • Support niveau 2 et 3 et résolution des incidents liés à la plateforme ServiceNow
  • Documentation technique et participation active aux différents sujets au niveau de la practice ServiceNow
