Software Engineer, Cloud & Infrastructure
About The Position
We're scaling humanoid robots from prototypes to global deployment. Every robot, every customer, and every internal operation depends on the software you and your team will build. You will own all systems that connect the digital and physical layers, deployment tools, fleet management, customer interfaces, and internal operations platforms. The mission is simple: create software that scales flawlessly from hundreds to tens of thousands of robots. You are a builder, a strategist, and a hands-on engineer. You set the technical direction, write code when needed, and make the hard decisions that keep the system fast, reliable, and simple.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and execution of all operational and customer-facing systems.
- Design scalable backends for real-time data, control, and monitoring of global robot fleets.
- Lead the development of internal tools that power logistics, service, and manufacturing operations.
- Build the customer-facing apps that control, monitor, and manage robots in the field.
- Maintain end-to-end reliability: performance, data integrity, uptime.
- Lead from the front, review critical code, fix what's broken, and raise the bar every day.
- Hire and develop exceptional engineers who move with speed and precision.
- Work across hardware, AI, and manufacturing teams to make sure the entire system functions as one product.
