About the Internship We are looking for University students passionate about building large-scale, mission-critical software in a fast-paced agile environment. The ideal candidate will share our passion and pride in the simple elegance and usability of our solution and will join an engineering team that strongly believes in automated testing, UX design, and an iterative process. The intern will be part of a team developing the tools to integrate and build Okta’s enterprise applications and business solutions. In this role you will help to scale our business solutions to the next generation, enabling Okta to be the most efficient, scalable, and best-run company. The vision is to make Okta the system of record and help customers with their journey to the Cloud, continue to automate the journey and lower the barrier of entry to their migration journey. Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• You have strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, LangChain, and any UI with one or more cloud deployment experiences (Preferably AWS).
• You have a genuine interest in AI/ML (specifically Large Language Models) and have dabbled with Gemini APIs, LangChain, or Python-based automation.
• Experience with SQL or handling JSON data structures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with configuring the AWS Infrastructure, like EC2/ECS and Terraform configuration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus, but not required—we will teach you the platform if you know the code.

Responsibilities

• Design and write efficient, scalable code using JavaScript (SuiteScript 2.1) to automate critical Finance NetSuite ERP.
• Design and prototype an AI-driven Finance capability by using our internal LLM (Lite LLM/Gemini/Claud/OpenAI) and AWS Bedrock platform.
• Build integrations between NetSuite and other SaaS Finance applications, such as Coupa, Scout, and others. using REST APIs and iPaaS solutions (Like Boomi).
• Analyze legacy scripts to identify performance bottlenecks and refactor them to improve speed and governance.
• Work directly with Product Analysts to translate business pain points into technical engineering solutions.
