We solve huge challenges with a small team, so every improvement you will ship makes a huge difference. We’re looking for a Backend-Focused Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team! We need someone who excels at developing and optimizing backend services, can collaborate with team members to refactor code, debug issues, and support a production environment actively used by customers. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our backend capabilities while also supporting our existing platform and contributing to the frontend as needed. In this role, you'll support core product functions by designing and implementing scalable backend functionality, optimizing data structures, and refactoring business logic to improve performance and meet future needs. You’ll work closely with customers and our product and machine learning teams to create powerful tools that enable users to craft AI-powered conversations for callers. Our stack includes Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and React in Kubernetes on GCP.
