About The Position

Calling all builders with a need for speed and high ownership. If you want to drive the impact of an early stage-operator while truly working across the entire stack, this is the engineering role for you. Requirements

A deep curiosity that fuels how you build products from top to bottom.
A drive to understand the customer, the data, and the impact of your work deeply.
Strong expertise in backend development, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs, and working with relational databases.
Experience or strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) for deploying and monitoring application services; you should be comfortable engaging with infrastructure-level challenges that impact the platform's stability and performance.
A high degree of ownership, owning your work end-to-end and driving everything from what gets built to how it’s sold.

Responsibilities

Ship features rapidly, from scratch to customer reality.
Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services that form the core of the Squint application platform.
Drive business outcomes by translating messy, ambiguous problems into high-impact, high-performance solutions.
