What You'll Do Lead the Way: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for large-scale, complex projects. Own the Process: Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore, to troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve our systems. Mentor & Inspire: Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Drive Results: Set measurable goals, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Stay Agile: Be part of a rotational on-call schedule to ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in our Great River, NY office.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong background in Agile development and full lifecycle project delivery.
  • Proficiency in: Angular (v13+) Java (v1.8+) TypeScript, HTML5, CSS
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software on time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health and human services or post-acute care industries.
  • Familiarity with Netsmart EHR solutions.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, web performance, and browser compatibility.
  • Experience with: Spring Boot and RESTful API development Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS environments
