As a Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor to the product from day one. This is a high-ownership environment where you will: Design, build, and scale backend systems that power AI-driven security automation. Own full lifecycle development—from customer feedback to API design to deployment. Translate complex customer needs into elegant features that ship quickly and reliably. Work directly with founders and senior engineers from top security and AI organizations. Influence major architectural decisions and lay the foundation for an AI-native platform. Contribute to building intelligent agentic workflows that streamline offensive security. Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience (4+ considered if impact is exceptional).
- Deep experience building production systems used by real customers.
- Proven ownership over architectural decisions, scaling systems, or major product features.
- Experience at a high-growth startup OR within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team at a larger tech company.
- Proficiency in Python 3 for backend development.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Experience deploying services using AWS, GCP, or Azure , plus Docker or container orchestration.
- Solid communication, autonomy, and willingness to operate in a high-velocity culture.
- Moves quickly and independently, especially in ambiguous environments.
- Strong product sense and empathy for end-users.
- Direct communication style and willingness to take ownership.
- Enjoys collaborating closely with small, senior teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience building agentic workflows , security automation tools, or applied AI systems.
- Background in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or offensive security.
- Understanding of large language models and AI-native system design.
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed → Series B).
