Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in software engineering roles with direct exposure to customers or external stakeholders
  • Experience building, deploying, and operating end-to-end production systems
  • Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, including APIs, authentication, data modeling, and system integrations
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI-driven products, or early-stage startups is a strong plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript backend stacks
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems, message queues, or workflow automation
  • Exposure to cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or similar) and production monitoring tools
  • Interest in applied AI systems and working closely with real customer data and workflows
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~25%) for customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a hands-on software engineer responsible for delivering production-grade AI systems for enterprise customers
  • Own customer deployments end to end, from initial scoping and system design through live production rollout
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, and internal tools—often working with limited documentation
  • Partner closely with internal operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments
  • Debug and improve live production systems by diagnosing issues across integrations, data flows, and AI behavior
  • Use insights from real customer usage to influence product improvements, platform capabilities, and tooling
  • Remain actively involved post-launch to enhance performance, reliability, and functionality over time
