About The Position
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies. Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university and Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree and will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of Git and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with Javascript (Angular2 and/or React) for UI development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to tools such as Ansible, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Terraform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes is desired.
