Requirements

5+ years experience in C++ applications development
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
Ability to communicate effectively assignments both written and verbally.
Ability to summarize complex problems and communicate the problems to teams or management that have a different set of technical abilities.
Ability to prioritize task and project manage.
Ability to develop multiple individuals on a team based on their current skills and behaviors to balance team goals and individual growth.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing applications in C++ from ground up.
Experience supervising.
Experience with project management.
Experience writing executive summaries.
Experience with hardware integration in Linux environment.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Providing guidance, direction, and support to team members.
