About The Position
Are you interested in leading the next generation of AI-driven developer productivity for Oracle Fusion SCM and shaping how AI transforms enterprise engineering? We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Manager with AI/ML expertise who can: Lead and scale a high-impact AI engineering team building productivity solutions used by hundreds of developers across Fusion. Drive the vision, architecture, and delivery of next-generation AI-enabled development tools, intelligent automation frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to define and execute a strategic AI roadmap aligned with Oracle’s next-generation cloud strategy. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing AI platforms leveraging modern cloud-native architectures, microservices, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns. Stay hands-on with design, technical reviews, experimentation, and applied AI innovation while mentoring architects and senior engineers.
