About The Position

The Senior Development Manager will lead a small but impactful team responsible for two critical domains within OHAI: Clinical Applications (Care Plan Platform) – advancing how care plans are modeled and delivered. Infrastructure Enablement – building and maintaining the foundational service platform that supports OHAI’s engineering ecosystem. This role blends technical leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning to accelerate delivery of both infrastructure and clinical innovation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical manager with a strong foundation in distributed systems, operational excellence, and release planning. You’ll partner across geographies to strengthen Oracle Health’s engineering footprint, streamline processes, and anticipate infrastructure needs before they arise.
