About The Position

As a Software Development Manager in Compute Scaled Manufacturing, you will build and lead a new team, develop talent, and own critical components of the GPU server qualification process. Your work will enable customers to deploy the most advanced GPU servers at scale and accelerate their AI initiatives. • Lead and coach engineering teams to deliver successful products and services.

• Establishing and stimulating software development standards and processes, along with best practices for the team
• Defining new KPIs to inform decision-making and prioritization.
