About The Position

This role will assist in providing maintenance and support of enterprise application systems. This includes monitoring job flows and application alerts, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary. The role involves administering platforms such as SharePoint, MuleSoft, and custom-built applications, assisting with upgrades, patching, and server migrations, and participating in DevOps and deployment automation. Requirements

  • Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
  • Possess intermediate PC skills
  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
  • Time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Completes Internal Projects as assigned by Software Development management.
  • Typical scope of the assignment is usually related to basic enhancements or functionality of multiple PREMIER internal pre-established programs or application screens.
  • Test functionality including necessary documentation for review by supervisor.
  • Documents changes to existing classes and programs for review by supervisor.
  • Accurately complete reports consisting of work time spent on projects within the department’s standard timeline.
  • Ability to follow a stringent Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Must be able to efficiently manage time by organizing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productive results, and allow for flexibility, where necessary, to serve a change in priorities or an additional challenge.
  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly
