As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

Requirements

  • 5 years overall experience
  • Experience with web-based application and SQL Server including scripting skills and data manipulation
  • Experience with Disputes/Charges
  • Financial reconciliation experience
  • 3+ years of Frontier experience
  • SQL Server and Powershell experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Frontier web- based application in deployment and configuration
  • Payment industry knowledge
  • 3+ years of Crystal reporting experience

Responsibilities

  • Configures the Fiserv software based on business requirements.
  • Plays role in the success of the business unit profitability by lending advice, experience and guidance.
  • Participates in effort with the Project Manager(s) and Project Team to design a solution to fulfill the client’s business requirements.
  • Elicit, validate and prioritize client business requirements.
  • Create and presents design negotiations, in conjunction with the Project Manager(s), the design of the proposed solution with the business.
  • Develops detailed technical specifications for any customized development or scripting work that is required during the course of a project.
  • Configures application parameters including accounts, users, rules, reports, processes, and privileges to meet business requirements.
  • Validates and tests the solution against business requirements.
  • Contributes to the resolution of end-to-end testing and implementation specific defects.
  • Develops and delivers training.
  • General understanding of business and technical topics.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead and guide a collaborative spirit with team members and business teams
  • Create and review design documents and change requests.
