About The Position

You’ll work closely with a team of engineers to develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, or platforms. We're seeking a Software Developer or Software Engineer to join one of our dynamic IT teams focusing on either .NET or Java technologies. This position can be filled as a Software Developer or a Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience
  • Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of related work experience preferred
  • Experience in .NET or Java technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, or platforms
  • Apply creativity and innovation to drive new solutions through agile development
  • Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions
  • Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks
  • Prepare test scripts and conduct tests on both new and existing solutions
  • Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings
