We're seeking a Software Developer or Software Engineer to join one of our dynamic IT teams focusing on either .NET or Java technologies. This position can be filled as a Software Developer or a Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Requirements

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience
Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Bachelor Degree preferred
2 or more years of related work experience preferred
Experience in .NET or Java technologies

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, or platforms
Apply creativity and innovation to drive new solutions through agile development
Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions
Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks
Prepare test scripts and conduct tests on both new and existing solutions
Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings
