About The Position

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions; Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code; Protects operations by keeping information confidential and secure; Records all software related tasks associated with a project or client service related matter; Supports and mentors software developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities; Troubleshooting and debugging; Willing to work extra hours as is necessary to complete time sensitive projects; Provide Tier 3 support to the Customer Service team Skills & Qualifications: Problem Analysis; Software Design; Software Documentation; Software Testing; Teamwork focused; Excellent Programming Skills; Great Time Management; Comply with established and implicit policies, guidelines, and practices; Be able to communicate freely and effectively with others throughout the business; High level of attention to detail. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
