The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a full-time, exempt Software Developer to join our Information Services (IS) team . The IS organization serves both the Alumni Association and the Naval Academy Foundation (Development and Athletic and Scholarship Divisions). In this capacity, the IS team serves as a "shared arm" of the enterprise. This is an exempt position and reports to the Senior Software Developer. You'll work closely with other developers, communications staff, and stakeholders to build and maintain the websites, web applications, and intranet tools that connect and support the Naval Academy community. The position of Software Developer has an annual salary range of $65,600 to $82,000. This position pays a competitive salary commensurate with experience and is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 6%, when applicable. This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located overlooking the Severn River on the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. In July 2023, the staff of the Alumni Association and Foundation moved into new modern offices in the Fluegel Alumni Center , which is located on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis.
