Developer The Developer will aid in the innovation, creation, and maintenance of company software and programs. Seeks to facilitate the proper design and implementation of software throughout the organization, as well as setting?operational specifications and analyzing?software requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree required
Two (2) years of experience developing and implementing software applications is required
Decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Advanced?knowledge of?all IT?processes and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to follow through
Ability to work independently as well as follow detailed directives
Ability to recognize weakness in existing systems and processes, track results, and offer creative solutions
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems as well as system interaction
Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years of experience with Java programming languages (JavaScript, C#, C++) is preferred

Professionally maintains all software and creates updates regularly to address concerns.
Analyzes and tests programs and products before formal launch.
Troubleshoots coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
Ensures software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information.
Actively seeks ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
Aids and supports the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.
Modifies existing software to correct errors, adapts it to new hardware, or upgrades interfaces to improve performance.?
Directs software programming and development of documentation.?
Consults with other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.?
Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.?
