This position serves as a vital member of the Student Life Information Technology team. The Software Developer Analyst provides technical and analytical software support for the software and systems developed within Student Life, as well as providing support for third party software used within the Division of Student Life.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web and application solutions that support Student Life operations and services.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and configure point-of-sale hardware and software systems.
Develop, document, and maintain software policies and procedures that align with university standards and the student code of conduct.
Make recommendations for software and equipment purchases and upgrades.
Configure Single Sign On (SSO) and manage identity and access controls using Grouper.
Design, develop, and manage system integrations and APIs between Student Life systems and enterprise platforms.
Implement and monitor automated workflows to improve data exchange, reduce manual processes, and enhance system reliability.
Write custom SQL queries, stored procedures, and PowerShell scripts to facilitate automation and system interoperability.
