About The Position
West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Software team within our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. Software Consultants work across diverse industries such as startups, finance, healthcare, insurance, and energy. As a Software Consultant, you will work directly with a product team to understand our clients’ business needs and strategies, delivering solutions that range from bond trading platforms integrated with various AI models to web-based and native mobile applications. You will design, build, and deliver solutions while collaborating with experienced professionals in software engineering, product development and consulting, working alongside senior software engineers, product managers, designers and executives. This role offers the opportunity to lead workstreams, contribute to high-impact projects, and continuously grow your technical and consulting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements

- Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior work experience
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team success
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
- Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
