About Global PACCAR Electronics Global PACCAR Electronics organization, which serves Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF transforming the way control systems and software are developed for commercial vehicle applications. This includes developing the latest vehicle controls, display technology, and autonomous truck solutions that exceed customer expectations. Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree (graduation date 2026–2027) in a STEM discipline such as Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Mechanical), Computer Science, other related STEM fields, or currently enrolled in a master’s program in a related discipline
  • Fundamental knowledge of Java, C++, or C#
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload, adapt to shifting priorities, and take initiative
  • Strong presentation and technical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with basic circuits and electrical wiring preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Execute test plans and collaborate with engineers to refine and validate test procedures
  • Work closely with teams across software development, electrical engineering, controls engineering, IT, and testing
  • Perform limited local travel in the Puget Sound area (up to 10%)
