About The Position

The Software Applications & Integrations Manager will serve as the technical owner and architect of Dynamic Access’s core operational systems, with a primary focus on our EMR platform (AlayaCare). This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing system workflows that support clinical operations, nurse activity, and billing processes across a multi-state organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems builder who can translate operational needs into scalable configurations, automations, and integrations across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system integrations, EMR/EHR management, business systems, or application management
  • Proven ability to configure and optimize workflows within platforms such as EHR, CRM, ERP, or similar systems
  • Experience building or managing integrations and automations (e.g., APIs, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools)
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and improve system workflows
  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, and system configurations
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with EMRs such as AlayaCare, Epic, WellSky, or MatrixCare preferred
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer AlayaCare (EMR) as the system of record, including workflow configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancements
  • Design, build, and maintain system-driven workflows supporting clinical operations, patient experience, nurse tracking, and billing processes
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable system configurations, automations, and integrations
  • Develop and manage integrations between AlayaCare and other platforms (e.g., payroll, communication tools, reporting systems)
  • Act as the internal technical expert (“super user”), troubleshooting issues and continuously improving system performance and usability
  • Drive system standardization and adoption across regions, including user setup, permissions, and best practices
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems through monitoring and validation processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and leadership teams to align system capabilities with business needs
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and long-term technology roadmap initiatives
