As the Software and Documentation Delivery Configuration and Data Management Lead, you will: Lead and coach a remote team of configuration and data management specialists. Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures. Ensure accurate version control and configuration status accounting for all software and documentation items. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage the integration, verification, and delivery of software and documentation products. Establish and maintain configuration baselines and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to configuration management policies and procedures. Oversee the release and distribution process for software and documentation deliverables. Manage the change control process, including the evaluation, coordination, and implementation of changes. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members on configuration and data management practices. Generate and maintain configuration management reports and metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve configuration and data management issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the remote team. Coordinate with the customer on process improvements. Strong understanding of configuration management principles, standards, and best practices. Experience with configuration management tools and software. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to configuration and data management.
