DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Developer to join the LSPE (LedgerScan Processing Engine) team under DTCC Digital Assets business unit. This hybrid role blends hands-on development work with program management support, providing a strong opportunity to contribute across technical and coordination-focused activities. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will be in the Data Team within Digital Assets. The Digital Assets Data team maintains the organization’s data, business intelligence tools and infrastructure. The Analyst will be the point person for the QA activities related to project deliverables for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, and/or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Foundational experience with Python, SQL, and general software development practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate activities across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of modern data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Experience with microservices, CI/CD, or data engineering concepts.
  • Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, or executive‑level presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and microservices supporting the LSPE migration to Azure and Snowflake.
  • Collaborate within the development team to ensure comprehensive unit testing, code quality, and appropriate technical documentation.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to develop, test, and optimize data processing and service components.
  • Participate in daily standups, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Support DDA Program Management by coordinating cross-team activities, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and documenting follow-up action items.
  • Maintain Jira hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking, updates, and visibility into work progress.
  • Assist the Program Manager in preparing and delivering program status updates, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Help run recurring status meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and surfacing key risks or issues.
