Midtown is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our world-class team at our Chicago headquarters. As part of the Corporate IT team, the Software Support Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality software support and training to club associates, enabling effective use of systems across member management, food & beverage, and hotel/property management to enhance the overall member experience. The team is based in our HQ office in Chicago (3611 N Kedzie Ave.) The role is hybrid work-from-home and required to also come in the office in Chicago This position is based in the Chicago area and will involve occasional travel to all eight Midtown club locations (up to 20% travel) The Position The Software Support Analyst will provide a high standard of service and training for our club associates. This position is an important link to give our associates the knowledge to use a variety of software solutions that span member management, food & beverage services, hotel/property management, and spa bookings. Helping support these systems will allow us all to give our members the best experience possible.
