About The Position

SUMMARY: The Software Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise software platforms to ensure optimal performance, security, and user accessibility. This role involves configuring systems, managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to implement updates and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of system architecture and networking basics.
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Encompass, Sagent).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on PC-based platforms daily.
  • Occasional after-hours support for critical updates or outages.
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, loan servicing operations, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years in software administration or IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure core business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure up time.
  • Apply software patches and updates promptly.
  • Enforce security protocols and data protection standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of user access and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to address vulnerabilities.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for software-related issues.
  • Resolve escalated technical problems efficiently.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Recommend new tools or upgrades to improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
