Lamar Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011 Primarily remote however must live in Texas area or be willing to relocate. Work hours\: Full Time Days (Monday-Friday, 8\:00am-5\:00pm) for 40 hrs/week IT Ambulatory Business Apps Department highlights: · Flexible Schedule - work/life balance · Innovative, collaborative and fast-paced environment · Join an inclusive and supportive team Here’s What You Need · Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred) · 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required) Or, · 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate’s degree (Required) Or, · 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Required) · Familiarity with clinical laboratory workflows; experience with laboratory IT systems (LIS/Lab Information Systems); certified Medical Technologist (MedTech); and/or prior experience with SoftLab (Highly Preferred) · HL7 and interface setup/configuration (Preferred) What You Will Do The Applications Systems Analyst II is responsible for design, build, test, implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of applications and related information technologies. This role may be asked to provide consulting services on how to integrate information technologies into clinical and business processes and the effective application of industry and organizational technology standards. · Build in applications to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows in designated applications and systems. · Quality control of all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers as well as ongoing maintenance and support as required by application life cycle. May include a combination of at the elbow and virtual support of clinical and nonclinical staff at any Texas Health location including our hospitals and clinics. · Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies. Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required)
  • 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate’s degree (Required)
  • 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Required)

Nice To Haves
