About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: Count casino and non-gaming revenues in compliance with internal control procedures. Prepare required paperwork. Verify counts with cage personnel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Sort, count and record all contents of drop boxes, on a box-to-box basis. Upon completion of shift all cash/coin will be turned over to Main Bank for verification. Paid In will be prepared for Main Bank Cashier to process into the Main Bank Reconciliation. Upon completion of shift all Soft Count paperwork will be forwarded to the Accounting Department with a Security Officer escort. Each shift to be done on a separate basis. Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 and TERO Polices, and HR Standard Operating Procedures. Requirements

  • Computer and 10-key skills (Must be able to pass skills assessment)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Class III Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cash handling experience.
  • HS Diploma OR equivalent OR enrolled in GED class.
