As a Social Worker, you will provide essential psychosocial and social work services to diverse patient populations across healthcare and community settings. Depending on your experience and licensure, you will perform a range of duties from initial assessments to supervisory and program management roles, all aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of care. Levels & Opportunities: Level II: Perform more advanced assessments and assist in clinical service delivery. Mentor and support less experienced staff and students. Work independently under supervision with licenses such as LMSW or LCSW. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and community liaison activities. Level III: Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs and staff, ensuring quality standards. Lead special projects, data collection, and program evaluation. Develop training curricula and interpret clinical data for reports. Serve as liaison with community agencies and contribute to policy development. Level IV: Provide supervision and coordinate multiple social work units on complex cases. Develop and implement programs and community initiatives. Offer consultation, staff training, and policy guidance. Represent the department in inter-agency collaborations.
