About The Position
The Social Worker assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel, and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services including safe and timely discharges.
Requirements
- Master's Degree Accredited School of Social Work Required or
- Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience as a Social Worker in a hospital setting Preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Preferred
- PA Social Worker License Preferred
