The Social Service Associate provides quality support, psycho-education, supportive counseling, advocacy, and linkage to community resources. Services are focused on addressing behavioral, social, financial, and environmental issues in order to achieve optimum clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and cost effectiveness of care.
