JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm Job Summary: Delivery of comprehensive psychosocial services to St. Tammany Cancer Center patients and their significant others. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work. Must have current LMSW or LCSW licensure. Counseling experience preferred through previous job or internship. Current BLS certification through any International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) provided courses such as but not limited to: Ochsner Health System, American Heart Association, and American Red Cross. The ILCOR course must include a manikin check off. Must be able to multi-task and work well with others in a very busy environment. Must always maintain a professional demeanor. Physical Demands: Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Requirements

Master’s degree in social work.
